Starting pitcher Scott Baker has agreed to a one-year deal with the Chicago Cubs, according to several reports.

Baker missed all of last season with the twins after having Tommy John surgery. The Twins delcined to pick up his $9.25 million option for 2013, but had talked about negotiating a deal with a smaller salary plus incentives.
