Northeasterners will want to bundle up today as cold winds blow over theregion. Temperatures in much of the Northeast will hover around 10 degreescolder than normal for this time of the year. In fact, parts of northern NewEngland will fail to warm out of the single digits today, and the blusteryconditions will make it feel even colder.While the wind will calm and temperatures rebound a bit Friday, it will stillbe unusually cold. This chill will stick around through Sunday, allowing asignificant snowfall in parts of the mid-Atlantic this weekend.
