As a result of Friday's probation violation hearing in Miami, Gophers forward Trevor Mbakwe must:• Serve two more years of probation, starting Friday and scheduled to end Oct. 19, 2014.
• Complete 20 hours a month of community service, starting in November.
• Attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings at least three times a week.
• Have no direct, indirect or third-person contact with the victim of a 2009 felony battery, the original charge that started his legal entanglements. Mbakwe and his attorney, Gregory Samms, negotiated a confidential civil settlement with the victim.
