Mark Dayton signed legislation Wednesday morning ending the 20-day shutdown after the Legislature approved the measures in a special session that ended earlier in the day."[Our] boss has been in contact with the racing commission," said Jeff Maday, a Canterbury Park spokesman. "The racing commission will be in place and ready to regulate us tomorrow morning."
