Definition: Someone who retweets something without grasping the meaning or even reading the link.
Sample usage: "I meant to fave it, but I hit the wrong icon and now I feel like a retwit."
Popularity: Verbally, it makes sense only if you emphasize the second syllable, but "retweet" really doesn't have any stresses. (If you say "reTWEET," you sound like Elmer Fudd advising a military maneuver.) If anything, it sounds like the past tense of "retweet." It is clever, however. It's a handy word for insulting someone, but when would you do that on Twitter?
