The University of Minnesota has named three finalists from out of state for the job of chancellor of the Crookston campus.
They are:
- Steven Hardin, vice president and dean of academic affairs at the University of Pittsburgh-Bradford
- Karla Hughes, provost and vice president for academic affairs, Morehead State University, Kentucky
- Fred Wood, vice chancellor for student affairs, University of California-Davis
Their public interviews begin May 1.
A 13-member search committee recommended the three finalists after private interviews last weekend, according to a news release. To see the candidates' backgrounds, photos and the schedule for their public forums, click here.
Current Chancellor Charles Casey is retiring at the end of this academic year.
