Drunken driving. A 20-year-old Arlington man was arrested for underage drinking and driving, underage consumption of alcohol and driving without a valid license, following a traffic stop at Highway 7 and Church Road.
APRIL 8
Drugs. A 16-year-old boy was cited for possession of marijuana in the 900 block of Kelly Court.

APRIL 10
Drugs. A 14-year-old girl was cited for giving away prescription medication at Carver-Scott Educational Cooperative High School, 401 E. 4th St.
EDINA
APRIL 7
Theft. Jewelry valued at $10,520 was stolen from the 5000 block of Kent Avenue.
APRIL 8
Drugs. A 17-year-old boy was arrested for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop in the 5600 block of Highway 100.
Theft. Paintings valued at $345 were stolen from the 5100 block of Green Farms Road.
MAPLE GROVE
MARCH 26
Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of a customer who passed out while waiting for a haircut at Great Clips, 13550 Grove Dr. They determined that the 52-year-old man was intoxicated, and he was taken to a detox facility.
Burglary. Officers responded to a report of a person climbing through a window at a home in the 9300 block of Inland Lane. They discovered that the person was the homeowner, who had been locked out of the house.
MARCH 30
Animal complaint. A resident reported a muskrat in the window well of their home in the 17000 block of 66th Avenue. Officers captured the muskrat and released it.
APRIL 8
Theft. A fur coat was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 13000 block of 94th Place.
PLYMOUTH
APRIL 4
Weapons. Officers responded to a report of an altercation in the 4000 block of Vinewood Lane. A 24-year-old Illinois woman was cited for possession of brass knuckles and drug paraphernalia, and a 28-year-old Crystal woman was cited for possession of marijuana.
APRIL 9
Underage consumption. Officers responded to a noise complaint in the 100 block of Fernbrook Lane. A 16-year-old boy and three 17-year-old boys were cited for underage consumption.
APRIL 15
Theft. A man reported that a backpack containing a gun was stolen while he was moving out of a home in the 2500 block of E. Medicine Lake Boulevard.
RICHFIELD
APRIL 1
Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a report of a man urinating on a memorial at Veterans Memorial Park, 6335 Portland Av. S. A 29-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for a warrant and cited for disorderly conduct.
APRIL 7
Fight. Officers responded to a report of three people fighting outside a vehicle at 71st Street E. and Portland Avenue S. A 19-year-old Spring Lake Park man and a 21-year-old Richfield man were cited for disorderly conduct.
APRIL 8
Theft. Officers responded to a report of a theft at a home in the 7200 block of 16th Avenue S. Suspects gained access to a safe and stole jewelry valued at $8,950.
APRIL 10
Burglary. A homeowner reported hearing footsteps in the attic of his home in the 7600 block of Oakland Avenue S. Officers located and arrested a 29-year-old Brooklyn Park man for burglary.
