This one is not because of the cold. Tomorrow is Bruegger's Bagels' 36th anniversary, and guests get three free bagels with any purchase on Thurs., Jan. 31 before 11 a.m. There's a catch: getting the free bagels requires joining their Inner Circle membership program.
