Homer Simpson cuts happy hour short to answer live questions from Fox Studios' secret bunker during the final three minutes of "The Simpsons." The tacked-on treat, which will be the first time the sitcom has had a live component since it premiered in 1989, will show off the improvising skill of voice actor Dan Castellaneta, a veteran of Chicago's Second City troupe.

Second Amendment purists are sure to be up in arms over "Under the Gun," a new documentary that goes after the National Rifle Association and its ongoing efforts to prevent gun restrictions. Gabby Giffords' husband, Mark Kelly, is a particularly compelling proponent of stricter laws. Executive producer Katie Couric serves as the discussion's facilitator, even if her biases are clear.

Band on the run
Paul McCartney jammed a number of hits into his Target Center performances this month, but it's still a bit disappointing that he didn't make room for "Jet," a rocker that was meant to be played live. Fans still eager to boogie to the ultimate example of puppy love can be appeased by "Paul McCartney and Wings: Rockshow," a concert film that showcases that number and other silly love songs from the 1976 tour.
