Set in the historic Water Street Inn on the banks of the St. Croix River in Stillwater, the annual Taste of the Valley offered food tasting stations with delicacies from area restaurants, entertainment, silent and live auctions and a raffle. Proceeds from the event, which was hosted by the Stillwater Rotary, went to the Valley Friendship Club. The mission of the club is to provide people who have developmental and intellectual disabilities with safe and accessible opportunities to engage socially and foster friendships.
