I've been impressed with Gov. Mark Dayton's thoughtful process in dealing with most issues. However, I take issue with his recent decision to sign the bill that limits clawbacks from charities that receive donations from frauds like Tom Petters ("Nonprofits get break on clawbacks," April 4). Had the Dayton fortune been invested with Petters, would the governor have signed this bill?
