From the outside, it looks like any other fabulous modern furniture gallery arrayed with low-slung coffee tables and minimalist sofas. But on closer inspection, the product tags at Forage Modern Workshop read like an honor roll of Minnesota's best designers. Highlights include credenzas by Eastvold Furniture, milking stools by Scott McGlasson's Woodsport, patterned blankets from Faribault Woolen Mill Co., patio chairs by Duluth-based Loll, even a reissue of Ralph Rapson's famous Greenbelt Chair. Notable out-of-town contributions include sofas and platform beds by Toronto's Gus Modern, aluminum chairs by Cincinnati's Dixon Branded and indoor-outdoor stools by L.A.-based Bend, plus a selection of vintage tabletop. 4023 E.
