What has it been like to have swim club teammates become high school rivals? I still consider some of the other divers that I compete against as my teammates so it's always fun practicing together. It's been an advantage because diving with other good divers makes you better by encouraging and pushing each other.

On having a sister on the team: Taylor is a sophomore and it's exciting to get to cheer for her. The best part is when she tried to coach me in swimming for a relay.

Having accomplished so much, what are your goals? My future goals include being an All-American again this year and hopefully on the Elite Eight as well. After high school diving, I want to dive at a Division I college.

One small piece of advice: Have fun with it and push yourself to learn new dives.

Before a meet, what is the one thing you can't leave your house without? I always have to have my iPod to listen to during the meet to stay focused and to get pumped up.

Do you have any unique pre-dive routines or superstitions? I don't have any superstitions but I stretch a lot and do imitated actions, which is practicing the dive on deck.

Favorite pre-meet meal: Scrambled eggs.
