It's been 10 days since Ger Xiong allegedly killed his wife in their Brooklyn Center home and police are no closer to finding him.
Cmdr. Stu Robinson said today that police have exhausted all their leads and hope somebody will come forward with the tip they need to track down the man who was charged Wednesday with second-degree murder in connection with the June 10 slaying of his wife, Youa Her, 39.
Xiong, 41, has not been seen since he allegedly beat his wife to death with a hammer and left a handwritten note written in Hmong that was translated to read that his life "was not good," that there is "not love," and that he "was going to be done today."
Robinson said investigators have interviewed family members and members of the Hmong community in an effort to learn where he might have gone.
Robinson said Xiong is not a threat to the public.
