American viewers of “Dynasties” may titter when British host David Attenborough introduces his latest nature series as “Din-a-stees,” but audiences on both sides of the pond can probably agree that the footage, captured over a four-year period across the globe, is stunning. In the premiere, a lioness named Charm must protect her family of cubs against foes just as formidable as “The Lion King’s” Scar.

If only the dialogue was as memorable as Bridgette’s sins.
