Set aside next Sunday, Aug. 7, for the fourth annual Borough Block Party, featuring food and drink from the Jester Concepts family of restaurants and bars, which also includes Parlour, Coup d'Etat, Marche, Monello and Constantine. Red Stag Supperclub
For its 10th annual summer block party, owner Kim Bartmann is teaming up with the Growler to stage "In Cahoots!" A dozen local breweries will pair off and collaborate on a one-of-a-kind beer, and partygoers will vote for their top three favorites, via FairVote Minnesota's ranked choice ballot. Expect to encounter picnic foods — brats, burgers, fish tacos, pulled pork sandwiches — plus a big live music lineup. Aug. 14, 2 to 8 p.m., no cover.
