Suspicious activity. A man was caught on a trail camera leaving candy bars at the front door of a home in the 13000 block of 90th Street. A resident at the address said she used to know the man and wanted him to stop the activity.

DEC. 14

Animal concern. Authorities responding to a report of a dead deer in a yard in the 14000 block of 70th Street determined there was nothing suspicious about the death and issued a deer tag to the complainant.

Traffic. A driver in the area of Snelling and Larpenteur avenues was given a verbal warning for texting while driving.

FRIDLEY

DEC. 16

Assist public. A woman from the 5600 block of East River Road called police because she was moving and wanted them to take her cat. She was advised to sell or place the cat.

Missing person. A 37-year-old woman from the 6100 block of Starlite Boulevard NE. reported that her 37-year-old husband was missing and had not returned home from work more than a day before. He later returned home.

DEC. 13

Burglary. Someone broke into a garage in the 1700 of Carl Street and stole a toolbox containing an undetermined number of tools.

MOUNDS VIEW

DEC. 10

Theft. A watch and several diamond rings valued at $10,000 were stolen from the 8400 block of Spring Lake Road.

DEC. 17

Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated man fighting with several people at the Mermaid, 2200 Mounds View Blvd. The 40-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct and forbidden to return.

New Brighton

DEC. 11

Theft. A coin box containing $60 was forcibly removed from a self-service car wash in the 200 block of W. County Road E2.

RAMSEY

DEC. 2

Assist public. Officers responded to a report of an employee locking a customer's keys inside a vehicle at the Blue Velvet Car Wash, 14101 St. Francis Blvd. NW. An officer was unable to unlock the vehicle.

DEC. 3

Property damage. Someone spray-painted vehicles parked in a driveway in the 16800 block of Iodine Street NW.

Civil dispute. Someone reported that their vehicle had been stolen from the 14100 block of Xenon Street NW. It was determined that the vehicle had been illegally parked and was towed.

Theft. A woman from the 14300 block of Bowers Drive NW. reported that a trailer had been stolen. While she was making the report, her husband called and said he had the trailer.

Woodbury

DEC. 10

Suspicious activity. Residents in the 10000 block of Kilbirnie Road reported that a van was driving up and down the block. Another resident told police that the van was looking for his home to deliver items for a party he was throwing, and said he appreciated his neighbors watching activity around his home.

DEC. 13

Suspicious activity. Someone reported that an ATM was on its side next to a rental truck at Wells Fargo, 7525 Currell Blvd. It was determined that the ATM was in the process of being installed.
