WHO'S ELIGIBLE
Under the program, officially known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, undocumented immigrants are eligible for two-year deportation waivers, which can be renewed, if they:
• are younger than 31
• came to the United States before age 16
• are enrolled in school, or graduated from high school or served in the U.S. armed forces
• have no criminal record.

go to www.uscis.gov/childhoodarrivals. Applicants must pay a $465 fee and provide proof of identity and eligibility.
