Drunken driving. A woman drove her vehicle into a stall for an oil change at National Tire and Battery, 1305 Crystal Lane. Employees notified police because they suspected she was intoxicated. Her preliminary breath test indicated a reading of .32 blood-alcohol content. She was arrested for drunken driving.
Fraud. A husband and wife from Chaska used the credit of the woman's deceased father to purchase more than $10,000 worth of items for themselves, police said. The couple were charged with felony financial transaction card fraud.

JUNE 24
Theft. A bird bath was stolen from the yard of a home on the 7800 block of Maple Hill Road.
JUNE 27
Suspicious person. Someone reported there was a man wearing a black mask in the back yard of the complainant's home on the 22600 block of County Road 117. Officers found him and learned that he was from mosquito control and was spraying in the area.
EDINA
JUNE 30
Suspicious vehicle. A 12-year-old girl walking in the area of 59th Street and Kellogg Avenue was approached by two men in a white van who asked her if she would like some gum, police said. The girl fled and reported the incident to an adult. The case is under investigation.
EXCELSIOR
JUNE 18
Theft. Someone stole a dining room table from a woman at an apartment on the 200 block of Mill Street. The woman had placed the table in the hallway of the apartment building while she was cleaning and rearranging. She had put a note on the table saying it was not a free item.
JUNE 19
Disorderly conduct. A 24-year-old Farmington man was arrested after officers observed him urinating in the bushes at Maynard's, 685 Excelsior Blvd.
LONG LAKE
JUNE 14
Missing child. Orono and Minnetrista police searched for an 8-year-old girl who was reported missing from the 2000 block of County Road 6. The girl was found five hours later playing at a friend's house on a pre-arranged play date.

JUNE 19
Burglary. A television and video game console were stolen from a home on the 300 block of West Eagle Lake Drive.
JUNE 20
Burglary. Someone broke into a business on the 6400 block of Sycamore Lane and stole a television, a computer projector and a gum ball machine.
MEDINA
JUNE 4
Gas odor. A homeowner on the 2000 block of Hickory Drive struck the residential gas service line to his home while he was doing some landscaping. Hamel Fire Department and CenterPoint Energy responded.
MINNETRISTA
JUNE 18
Medical. A 48-year-old Watertown woman who was intoxicated fell and hit her head on Main Street, police said. Because of her intoxication, an ambulance took her to the hospital, according to police reports.
PLYMOUTH
JUNE 8
Theft. Someone broke the lock on the trunk of a vehicle and stole a coffee maker and a crock pot on the 3300 block of Hwy. 169.
JUNE 9
Theft. A vending machine valued at $1,900 was stolen from the lobby of an apartment complex on the 15300 block of 37th Avenue N.
JUNE 13
Disorderly conduct. A 19-year-old man with his pants around his ankles was standing in the middle of the street trying to flag down passing vehicles on the 2600 block of Medicine Ridge Road, police said. Charges for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process were pending, police said.
JUNE 21
Disorderly conduct. A minor assault occurred between two people in the parking lot at Rainbow Foods, 4190 Vinewood Lane N., after the two had a dispute over who was first in line at checkout, police said. Neither party wanted to file charges.
JUNE 22
Theft. A child's electric toy pickup was reported stolen after it was left unattended on 46th Avenue and Fernbrook.
