Wayzata hosts its 41st festival paying tribute to the railroad baron who helped shape the city. The weekend's lineup of events includes a carnival, business and nonprofit expos, logrolling demonstrations and parade. Dachshunds will compete in a costume contest and races. Friday and Saturday nights culminate with concerts featuring Jerrod Niemann and Sammy Hagar & the Circle. Fireworks will light up the sky Saturday at dusk.
