See more of the story The storm that spread snow into the lower Great Lakes late Sunday will create travel problems from Chicago to Detroit for much of the day. Several more inches of snow will blanket this area before the storm moves on tonight.

Tuesday into Wednesday, the snow will pile up in the eastern Great Lakes into New England. As the storm lingers over this area, snowfall accumulations will surpass half a foot from northern New York to western New Hampshire.
