"The 52nd Academy of Country Music Awards" is keeping it mostly in the family with an emphasis on duets by established country acts. The promise of Florida Georgia Line and Backstreet Boys performing a medley is a notable exception. Hosts Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley will help ensure that presenters don't announce the wrong winners.

Family matters

Matthew Perry looks about as much like Ted Kennedy as Matt LeBlanc resembles Barack Obama. Get over the miscasting and you'll probably be hooked on "The Kennedys — After Camelot," a fast-paced collection of the family's biggest tragedies after RFK's assassination. Katie Holmes is impressive as both Jackie Kennedy Onassis and a co-director. Continues next Sunday.

Mrs. Fixer Upper

Singer-songwriter Jewel is still up to foolish games as a Victorian restoration expert/detective in "Concrete Evidence: A Fixer Upper Mystery," her second adaptation of a Kate Carlisle novel. Ridiculous heroine? You bet, but no more ridiculous than her immortal lyrics: "I got my eggs, I got my pancakes too/ I got my maple syrup, everything but you."
