Previewing Tuesday: Dr. Seuss' popular children's book "The Cat in the Hat" got a fetching treatment from director and adaptor Katie Mitchell, who staged it for Britain's Royal National Theatre. Twin Cities director Jason Ballweber is mounting this U.S. premiere at Children's Theatre, with CTC veteran Dean Holt playing the title character.
