This was the scene about noon today beneath one of the bird feeders at Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge. No word on who flinched first. Betsy Beneke, refuge visitor services manager, took the photo through her office window. Sometimes the most interesting animals at a bird feeder aren't birds.
