The midsummer sun beat down on the Minnesota Twins as they took to the outfield at Target Field in downtown Minneapolis. But instead of warming up for a home game, the players shook hands, signed autographs and posed for pictures with young fans in need. As part of the fifth annual Hope Week, in which the home team gives back to the community, the Twins had a field day: playing kickball, Frisbee and Wiffle ball with nearly 100 kids. Players and participants also enjoyed lunch in the air-conditioned comfort of the Champions Club.
