Keystone pipeline opponents have turned their attention to Minnesota, anti-pipeline activists held a rally and march in downtown St. Paul Thursday afternoon, after which they packed a regulatory public hearing as part of the public review of Enbridge Energy's planned expansion of the Alberta Clipper pipeline, which carries the same heavy Canadian oil that would be transported in Keystone XL.
