Open Arms of Minnesota, a Minneapolis nonprofit that provides free meals to Minnesotans with life-threatening illnesses, is expanding to open a new facility in St. Paul this fall to increase the number of meals delivered to people in need statewide. For nearly four decades, the nonprofit has operated out of a south Minneapolis building.
Photojournalist Glen Stubbe has been chief political photographer for the Star Tribune since 2011 and was business photographer and photo editor before that. He was named Visual MN Photographer of the Year twice in a row, first in 2015, and then combined 2016-2017.
