Theft. A gas can and cooler were stolen from a boat in the 16200 block of Tulip Street NW.

Accident. An unmarked squad car was rear-ended at Bunker Lake Boulevard NW. and Sycamore Street NW. The driver of the vehicle, a 42-year-old man, got out of the vehicle and ran. He was located in the woods and arrested for hit and run and fleeing an officer on foot.

Theft. A 2014 GMC Yukon Denali was stolen from a driveway in the 15200 block of Lake Drive NE.

Theft. A 4-wheeler and a kid's John Deere tractor were stolen from the 18500 block of Ulysses Street NE.

Suspicious vehicle. An officer responded to a report of a vehicle spinning in the church parking lot in the 6500 block of Oakley Drive NE. The suspect told the officer he was teaching his son to drive a clutch-powered vehicle. No spin marks were observed.

Neighbor complaint. A deputy advised a resident in the 2000 block of Legion Lane that an ongoing property line dispute could be resolved only by having a survey done and that he and his neighbor should avoid contact if they cannot be civil with each other.

Property damage. A resident in the 1900 block of Pleasant Street reported some of her lilac bushes had been cut down.

Theft. Police responding to a report of a woman stealing mail found a 24-year-old woman holding a package that did not belong to her in the 1700 block of Edgerton Street. Police had also observed her stuffing what turned out to be mail from the neighborhood into a garbage can when they drove up.

Drugs. A 19-year-old Coon Rapids woman was cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, driving after suspension and no proof of insurance following a traffic stop at Mounds View Boulevard and Cty. Rd. I.

Assault. A 31-year-old male was arrested for 5th degree assault by police responding to a disturbance report in the area of Long Lake and Beach roads.
ST. ANTHONY
MAY 9
Theft. A bottle of alcohol, valued at $23.99, was stolen from St. Anthony Village Wine and Spirits, 2602 39th Av. The suspect left her identification on the counter and was identified as a 36-year-old woman, who is suspected of previous thefts at this location.
STILLWATER TOWNSHIP
MAY 10
Animal concern. A resident in the 10000 block of Myeron Road reported a rooster had been left in their yard.
WEST LAKELAND TOWNSHIP
MAY 4
Suspicious situation. A roofing crew was reported tearing off shingles of a home where no contracting work had been arranged in the 2000 block of Manning Avenue. It was determined the home that was supposed to be reroofed was nearby but the crew started on the wrong home because their dumpster had been left in front of it. The contractor and home owner were able to resolve the situation.
