Mortgage closing costs in Minnesota were the sixth-lowest in the nation this year, according to an annual analysis by Bankrate.com. The group said that origination fees and third-party fees in Minnesota were $2,253 versus $2,402 nationwide. Across the country, such fees were up six-percent increase over last year.
