A new app for iPhone and iPod has been released. It's called BirdeEye. It willl show you local places where birds are being seen, what the birds look like, what they sound like, and combine that with text from guide-book author Kenn Kaufman. The app contains info on more than 800 North American species. Cost is $19.99. If you want to know more, go to the Birder's World (magazine) blog site, Field of View, at http://ls.gd.5arq7 for an interview with Kaufman.
