Nothing exemplifies Midwestern wholesomeness more succinctly — and really, more hilariously — than the milk flight at Parka. It's a trio of pours culled from a pair of farmstead dairies (Autumnwood Farm in Forest Lake and Castle Rock Organic Farms in Osseo, Wis.), and the milks are so creamy and pearly that they deserve the same treatment as the very best burgundies. They're served alongside another ode to Flyover Country, a plate of buttery cookies and bars (go ahead, pronounce it, "Fargo"-like, as bah-harz) that could have been yanked straight from a Lutheran church cookbook. 4021 E.
