What did Deputy Senate Majority Leader Geoff Michel do wrong? It's got to be something big, to deserve this look from Majority Leader Amy Koch in this photo:
Really, the two get along just fine. But Friday morning, Michel, R-Edina, noted the photo capturing what he called the "stink-eye" and Koch, R-Buffalo, joked about creating a caption for the image.
