Governor Mark Dayton looked around the Capitol Rotunda before speaking to around 1,000 advocates from across the state, including people living with disabilities, their family members and caregivers, They were here to urge lawmakers to support a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for providers and quality services and supports for Minnesotans living with disabilities.
