APRIL 20

Theft. A woman from a home in the 13000 block of Palisade Court NE called police to report that someone stole two pairs of shorts and two pairs of jeans from her clothesline.

Property damage. Officers were called to a home on the 13000 block of Pierce Street NE. regarding property damage. According to police reports, an 18-year-old man told police that he was hitting hard-boiled eggs with a bat over the house into a neighbor's yard. One of the eggs hit the neighbor's vehicle and caused scratches, police said.

APRIL 15

Theft. Someone entered through the back door of Kai Salon, 12162 Business Park Blvd. N., and stole employee's wallets, police said.

APRIL 21

Theft. A hammock was reported stolen from the yard of a home in the 7000 block of 122nd Avenue.

APRIL 23

Theft. Police were called to Style Nails, 11432 Marketplace Drive N., regarding a theft. Someone had stolen lunch bags.

COON RAPIDS

APRIL 27

Theft. Police were called to the parking lot of Rainbow Foods, 3340 124th Av. NW. regarding a theft. A woman told police her purse was stolen from inside her vehicle. The passenger window was rolled halfway down; she had forgotten to roll it up.

FRIDLEY

APRIL 11

Found child. Someone called police to report finding a lost child on the 1600 block of Woodside Court NE. Police were able to locate the 4-year-old girl's father. The father did not realize she had walked out of their house.

APRIL 14

Suspicious package. Police were called to the 1000 block of South Circle NE. regarding a suspicious package. Officers determined the package could be an improvised explosive device and the Minneapolis Bomb Squad was called to the scene. It was confirmed that it was an explosive device and it was dismantled and taken into evidence.

APRIL 18

Drunken driving. An officer observed a vehicle driving with two flat tires in the 6500 block of East River Road. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, a 20-year-old man, was arrested for drunken driving.

APRIL 26

Assault. Officers were called to the 5100 block of Edgewood Drive in regards to an assault. A 13-year-old boy was arrested for disorderly conduct, terroristic threats and obstructing the legal process.

RAMSEY

APRIL 17

Theft. Someone stole a trolling motor and two rods and reels from an unlocked barn in the 8900 block of 175th Lane NW.

APRIL 22

Theft. A woman came to the police department to report that someone had stolen her concrete donkey cart lawn decoration from the yard of her home on the 16000 block of Kangaroo Street NW.

ST. ANTHONY

APRIL 20

Drugs. Police stopped a vehicle on 37th Avenue and Chelmsford Avenue. The driver, a 17-year-old boy, was arrested for failure to wear a seat belt, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

APRIL 22

Theft. Police responded to a report of a theft at a home in the 3300 block of Belden Avenue. A woman told police she left the overhead door of her garage open because it would not close, left the home for a short time, and when she returned someone had stolen two bikes from the garage.

APRIL 23

Theft. A man called police to report that his daughter's bike had been stolen from the backyard of his home in the 2700 block of Murray Avenue.
