Minnesota just became the 23rd state in the country to legalize recreational marijuana for adults.

The House voted 73-57 to pass the final bill May 18, while the Senate gave its approval May 20 by a margin of 34-32. The bill now heads to Gov. Tim Walz, who has pledged to sign it into law.
