The same storm system that brought widespread severe weather, includingseveral tornadoes, to the South Thursday will advance into the mid-Atlantictoday, bringing the threat more severe weather with it. The highest risk forsevere thunderstorms will be from southeastern Pennsylvania to eastern NorthCarolina. This includes the cities of Philadelphia, Washington, D.C. andNorfolk.
