There is still a noticeable gap between the No. 6 and No. 14 teams in the D3football.com rankings.

Sixth-rated St. Thomas rolled up 552 yards of offense while limiting 14th-ranked Concordia to 179 yards in a 38-14 victory on Saturday in Moorhead. The Tommies are the lone remaining unbeaten team in the conference.

Senior quarterback John Gould completed only 13 of 25 passes for the Tommies, but they went for 248 yards and three scores. He connected with senior wide receiver Jack Gilliland on two TDs, 17 and 52 yards.

Junior lineman Ryan Winter led the Tommies defensive unit. He had 12 tackles, including three of the team's eight sacks.

St. John's 42, Augsburg 14: Senior running back Sam Sura rushed for 195 yards on 21 carries and three scores and also caught a TD pass as the No. 12 Johnnies beat the Auggies. He scored on runs of 1, 5 and 78 yards and also caught a 13-yard TD pass from Nick Martin. The senior quarterback completed 14 of 18 passes for 179 yards and three scores, the other two going to senior wide receiver Josh Bungum. He caught seven passes for 101 yards.

Hamline 31, St. Olaf 30: Freshman quarterback Justice Spriggs threw four TD passes, the last a 20-yarder to freshman wide receiver Jamian Maes with 20 seconds remaining, as the Pipers rallied past the Oles. Spriggs connected on 18 of 33 passes for 259 yards. Senior running back J.J. Strnad's second TD run with 6:41 left gave St. Olaf a 30-24 lead. The extra-point kick was blocked.

Bethel 33, Gustavus 24: The Royals amassed 413 rushing yards and scored all five TDs on the ground in beating the Gusties. Senior running back Marshall Klitzke led the charge with 230 yards on 38 carries and one score.
