Preview: The Lynx are coming off a 78-77 loss to Los Angeles on Thursday. The loss dropped the Lynx (11-18) into a tie for third in Western Conference. The Mystics (17-12), who are in fourth place in the Eastern Conference, have won four of their past six games. The Mystics are coming off an 84-74 victory at home over Connecticut on Tuesday. This is only the second meeting of the season between the two. The Mystics won 87-76 in Minneapolis on May 16. Monique Curry scored 27 to lead the Mystics.

Players to watch: The Mystics have been led by center Crystal Langhorne, a third-year player out of Maryland who is averaging 16.4 points and 9.6 rebounds per game. Former Lynx guards Lindsey Harding and Katie Smith start for the Mystics. Harding is averaging 12.2 points and 4.0 assists per game, while Smith, in her 12th year in the league, is averaging a career-low 9.4 points per game.

Numbers: This is the fourth time this season, the Lynx have played on back-to-back days. The Lynx are 1-2 in the second game on the previous three occasions.

Injuries: Mystics guard/forward Alana Beard has missed the entire season because of ankle surgery.
