1 350 yards. Open. 2-year-olds. Maiden claiming $6,250. Purse: $7,500.

#: Horse, Jockey, TrainerWt./Odds

1: Jettin to the Border (Swiontek, Livingston)122/8-1

2: Lota Legacy (Delorme, Hybsha)122/10-1

3: Cosmic Love (Shepherd, Miller)122/6-1

4: Hiclass Jess (Goodwin, Hybsha)122/2-1

5: View This Flyin (Velazquez, Olmstead)122/5-1

6: Scf Charging Traffic (Delgado, Hardy)122/7-2

7: Hasta Be Reckless (Bachica Jr., Johnson)122/12-1

8: Cowgirlsrunningrebel (Esqueda, Clark)122/8-1

HICLASS JESS keeps improving each race and just missed last out. SCF CHARGING TRAFFIC caught a muddy track for her debut and deserves another chance on a dry surface. COWGIRLSRUNNINGREBEL and JETTIN TO THE BORDER are first-time starters with quick morning drills in the books.

2 250 yards. State-bred. Open. 2-year-olds. Maiden. Purse: $13,000.

#: Horse, Jockey, TrainerWt./Odds

1: Final Attempt (Delorme, Kane)122/15-1

2: Polar Xpress (Velazquez, Olmstead)122/8-1

3: Chicks an Cash (Pinon, Black)122/9-2

4: Woodys Flash (Bachica Jr., Miller)122/20-1

5: Captain Carburetor (Swiontek, Livingston)122/6-1

6: This Trains Rockin (Shepherd, McKinley)122/10-1

7: Fantastic Curves (Velazquez, Olmstead)122/3-1

8: Streak N Sparks (Klaiber, Pride)122/12-1

9: Sweetarts (Goodwin, Miller)122/12-1

10: Jamalie (Delgado, Hardy)122/7-2

11: Run the Spell Cheque (Goodwin, Hybsha)122/15-1

JAMALIE had his best finish this year last time out. SWEETARTS ducked in at the start last race, losing all chance of getting a win. In the mix Saturday with clean break. FANTASTIC CURVES lost the duel last out as the favorite.

3 5½ furlongs. State-bred. Fillies and mares. 3-year-olds and up. Maiden claiming $50,000. Purse: $23,000.

#: Horse, Jockey, TrainerWt./Odds

1: Start a Ruckus (Sanchez, Rhone)120/7-5

2: Southern Stream (Canchari, Pearson)124/12-1

3: Hamesha (Mawing, Rampadarat)120/10-1

4: Sweet Gigi (Delorme, Bravo)120/6-1

5: Anniesfirstdance (Bedford, McKinkley)119/8-1

6: Whatsthebigdeal (Velazquez, Bethke)120/9-5

START A RUCKUS might have found a cushy spot to break her maiden. Should put this field away with her speed, and the inside draw. WHATSTHEBIGDEAL has been fading late in her efforts but should stay around longer in this group. ANNIESFIRSTDANCE has been showing short-term speed but too has been weakening late. Cutback in distance should benefit her.

4 About 7½ furlongs on turf. Open. 3-year-olds and up. Maiden special weight. Purse: $28,000.

#: Horse, Jockey, TrainerWt./Odds

1: Threescore (Sanchez, Stuart)119/9-2

2: Charlie Hoss (Hamilton, House)119/15-1

3: Ima Flyin' Lion (Loveberry, Metz)124/20-1

4: Posterity (Mawing, McFarlane)119/15-1

5: Tequila Ley (Velazquez, Lund)119/20-1

6: Ahoymycaptain (Hernandez, Berndt)119/10-1

7: Strike Force Z (Lindsay, Diodoro)119/5-1

8: Cape Rosso (Canchari, Heitzmann)124/2-1

9: Hashtag Fast (Ramgeet, Diodoro)119/3-1

CAPE ROSSO has been second or third best in all four starts this year. The three-year-old now gets top jock to guide him to the finish line. THREESCORE ran career-best speed figure last out and I like his progress, after running a close second last effort. HASHTAG FAST makes his debut for the Diodoro barn. Has a strong steady stream of works.

5 5½ furlongs. Fillies and mares. 3-year-olds and up. Allowance. Purse: $30,000.

#: Horse, Jockey, TrainerWt./Odds

1: Tiza Western Dream (Delorme, Bravo)120/10-1

2: Saygoodnight Mabel (Velazquez, Pearson)120/12-1

3: Dixie Flyer (Loveberry, Anderson)120/8-1

4: Half a Go Go (Canchari, Heitzmann)120/8-5

5: Brilliant Notes (Hamilton, Bravo)124/4-1

6: Dialmynumber (Mawing, Lund)120/5-2

7: Stormin' Promis (Sanchez, Metz)120/12-1

HALF A GO GO didn't disappoint as the favorite last out, winning in gate-to-wire fashion. Filly looks tough to catch again. BRILLIANT NOTES will be on the heels of top choice but has been second best last two out as the favorite. DIALMYNUMBER won last out in turf sprint and could prove tough if she can bring that speed to the dirt.

6 About 7½ furlongs on turf. Open. 3-year-olds and up. Claiming $12,500. Purse: $13,500.

#: Horse, Jockey, TrainerWt./Odds

1: Schindlers Risk (Velazquez, Schindler)124/20-1

2: Enroute (A. Ramgeet, T. Ramgeet)124/12-1

3: Heart of the Run (Delorme, Applegate)124/8-1

4: Big Shorty (Lindsay, Van Winkle)119/6-1

5: Ya Antabttsy (Mawing, Kumke)124/10-1

6: Pot Liquor (Sanchez, Stuart)124/5-2

7: Amazing Love (Hernandez, Silva)119/8-1

8: Jocandy (Hamilton, Nolen)119/6-1

9: Dancing Zapper (Loveberry, Biehler)119/3-1

10: Big Storm Coming (Loveberry, Williams)119/20-1

DANCING ZAPPER should be pounding the hoofs on or near the lead with Loveberry aboard. Winner last out in frontrunning fashion on the main track. HEART OF THE RUN and BIG SHORTY are usually in the mix for the first half-mile, and might last longer than most think, with many of their rivals going in reverse. YA ANTABTTSY looms the late closing threat but might have too much work to do down payoff alley.

7 5½ furlongs. State-bred. Fillies. 2-year-olds. Maiden special weight. Purse: $32,000.

#: Horse, Jockey, TrainerWt./Odds

1: Sweet Tree (Mawing, Donlin)118/20-1

2: Super Silent (Lindsay, Pfeifer)118/10-1

3: Devil Lady (Keith, Hanson)118/12-1

4: Rock That Jewel (Shepherd, Miller)118/10-1

5: Blackberry Brandi (Canchari, Broberg)118/5-1

6: Cheerz to Clare (Goodwin, Berndt)118/5-2

7: Minny O'Prado (Sanchez, Padilla)118/8-1

8: Cause for Magic (Evans, Fields)118/15-1

9: Cowgirl Court (Ramgeet, Walker)118/12-1

10: Willsheburn (Joubert, Hanson)118/6-1

11: Shot of Wine (Klaiber, Miller)118/15-1

12: Sexy Lexy (Hernandez, Silva)118/20-1

13: Shez Juliette (Loveberry, Bravo)118/20-1

14: Under Current (Velazquez, Berndt)118/8-1

Head scratcher of a race to kick off the late Pick 4. SUPER SILENT exhibited brief speed before giving way to six competitors. Maybe race was educational and she can hang on. ROCK THAT JEWEL, CHEERZ TO CLARE and SHOT OF WINE look to be the best of the newbies, with the best chance of winning for their coming-out party.

8 About 5 furlongs on turf. Open. 3-year-olds and up. Allowance optional claiming $12,500. Purse: $30,000.

#: Horse, Jockey, TrainerWt./Odds

1: Fusaichi Kid (Sanchez, Rhone)120/5-1

2: Chestnut Johnny (Loveberry, Biehler)122/5-2

3: King George (Mawing, Biehler)124/12-1

4: All Aboard (Shepherd, Riecken)120/10-1

5: Johnny the Jet (Hernandez, Riecken)124/12-1

6: Hyperbolizer (Hamilton, Rickert)120/10-1

7: Smoltz (Delorme, Rhone)120/5-1

8: Boston Charley (Goodwin, Fields)124/7-2

9: Smarty Party Papa (Velazquez, McFarlane)124/6-1

10: Cupid's Delight (Canchari, Rengstorf)120/8-1

11: Harnersbach (Ramgeet, Lund)122/7-2

12: Ras's Rebel (Canchari. Pearson)120/10-1

CHESTNUT JOHNNY will be my top choice if race stays on the grass. Should be sitting in the wind tunnel behind the wall of speed for first crack at the pacesetters. SMOLTZ could prove tough if race is moved off the grass. BOSTON CHARLEY is one of the speedballs and has never been out of the top two spots sprinting on the lawn. HARNERSBACH is a must-use if gets in off the also-entered list.

9 5½ furlongs. Fillies and mares. 3-year-olds and up. Maiden caiming $12,500. Purse: $11,500.

#: Horse, Jockey, TrainerWt./Odds

1: Feisty Tomboy (Velazquez, Berndt)120/9-5

2: Factored (A. Ramgeet, T. Ramgeet)120/6-1

3: Western Berlin (Hernandez, McShane)120/12-1

4: Kings Own (Canchari, Heitzmann)124/3-1

5: Tupelo Hope (Keith, Biehler)120/4-1

6: Memorable High (Sanchez, Jerdee)124/10-1

7: Tizz Fizz (Delgado, Jerdee)124/8-1

KINGS OWN changes hands for the first time off the extended layoff. Steady training schedule for barn that knows where to place new acquisitions. FEISTY TOMBOY drops to new low and is deserving favorite in this frail group but hasn't really showed much in two starts. TIZZ FIZZ has decent early speed to employ but needs to improve greatly to get job done.

10 6 furlongs. Open. 3-year-olds and up. Claiming $12,500. Purse: $13,500.

#: Horse, Jockey, TrainerWt./Odds

1: Team Fireball (A. Ramgeet, T. Ramgeet)124/6-1

2: Silver of Oz (Hamilton, Bravo)120/4-1

3: One Last Knight (Joubert, Hanson)120/8-1

4: Super Touch (Lindsay, Diodoro)124/7-5

5: Junkers (Hernandez, Keller)124/10-1

6: Express River (Loveberry, Bravo)124/3-1

SUPER TOUCH broke slowly but still got up for third best last out. One to beat with clean start. TEAM FIREBALL failed to show up last out after a solid place performance two back. Needs a reprise of that effort to beat top selection. EXPRESS RIVER has been respectable for the first half-mile last two races but lusterless after that. Maybe can hold on for a minor award.
