Passover, a week-long holiday which commemorates the liberation of the Jewish people from slavery in Egypt and their freedom as a nation under the leadership of Moses, began Monday night, April 10, 2017. The Minnesota Hillel community gathered near the U of M campus in Minneapolis for the traditional Seder meal, rich in symbolism and meaning for Jews.
