Radio DJ Brian "B.T" Turner may soon get to sleep in a bit. Rumor has it that the longtime host of the "Cities 97 Morning Show" will have new duties at the station, ones that won't include the morning shift.

Turner declined to address specifics when contacted, but did say that he would continue on the air in some capacity. He added that his new "hybrid" duties would fall in line with his other business ventures, which include a family-run gourmet food operation, Elle-Tee and the Kitchen.

"It's pretty cool and a wonderful opportunity," Turner said about his new role.

Program director Lauren MacLeash would only confirm that Turner will be moving into the sales department, but would still have some on-air responsibilities. Stay tuned.
