The elusive junior running back rushed 18 times for 130 yards and delivered the dagger in the form of a 34-yard touchdown run that broke a 24-24 tie with 1:10 left in the fourth quarter. He led an offense that rushed for 262 yards and took pressure off third-string quarterback Max Bortenschlager.

Jonathan Celestin, Gophers
The senior linebacker was one of the few sure tacklers on a Minnesota defense that struggled to bring Terrapins to the turf and surrendered 416 yards. Celestin made 15 tackles, 11 solo, and had one tackle for loss.
