More than 750 guests — dressed in Roaring '20s style — came together at the Hilton in downtown Minneapolis for the Fraser Annual Benefit. The evening of feather boas, headbands and swinging jazz was all for a cause: to help create bright futures for children and adults with special needs. Fraser is Minnesota's largest provider of autism services. It also offers health care, education and housing services for children and adults with mental health and other developmental disabilities.
