Parker Wilson of Cameron, Wis., was disappointed in October when he couldn't participate in Wisconsin's Youth Deer Hunt. He was a month shy of his 10th birthday, making him ineligible. But two days before the regular firearms season in Wisconsin, Parker turned 10. On opening day, sitting with his father on private land in Buffalo County near Waumandee, the youngster made his first shot a memorable one.
