Saturday-next Sunday: New York's Momix, directed by Moses Pendleton, brings its international hit "Botanica" to the Cowles Center for three performances next weekend. The work celebrates magic and beauty through a mix of movement, light, shadow, puppetry and illusion, all set to the music of Vivaldi and bird songs. While spring is slowly making its presence known outdoors, this performance will present the Earth's ability to transform from season to season in a show that should appeal to the entire family. (8 p.m. Sat., 2 & 7:30 p.m. next Sun. $29-$39. Cowles Center, 528 Hennepin Av. S., Mpls. 612-206-3600, or www.thecowlescenter.org.)
