Coco is opening in Uptown.

The unique collaborative workspace concept, which already has locations in the downtowns of St. Paul and Minneapolis, said on its website that it will open a 15,000 square foot location at the intersection of Lake and Lagoon.

Coco rents space to small businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals in a collaborative setting.

The new Uptown space will feature a 3,500-square-foot "Garage" "devoted to ideation, prototyping and presentations for groups up to 100" people. A tap room with craft beers, movie theater, billiards room, patio, demo booths, conference rooms and a common area are planned, as well.

The space will hold up to 24 single "campsites," 160 coworking seats, and nine medium-sized campsites seating four to six people. A fall opening is expected.
