Knutson Construction, St. Louis Park, named Tony Joseph director of business development for the Rochester office. Joseph is an adjunct professor for Rochester Community and Technical College. Knutson also named Jason Steinke general superintendent and Brock Erickson project engineer for the Rochester office.

Little & Co., Minneapolis, named Brooke Rymer marketing and new business manager. Rymer joined the agency in 2016 and was an account supervisor. ­Little & Co. also named Katharine Kelly account director.

Ann Bancroft Foundation, Minneapolis, named Jennifer Summers Arriola development and events manager. Summers Arriola worked for Visitation School.

Atrix International, Burnsville, named Brian McNealy business development manager. McNealy worked for Videojet, Norgen, Bosch and Rehau.

Citizens Bank Minnesota, New Ulm, named Jon Maier vice president/retail sales manager for the Lakeville branch. Maier worked for Firefly Credit Union, Wells Fargo and BMO Harris Bank.

TKDA, St. Paul, named Daniel Nesler senior registered engineer for the ­municipal division.

Schoppert was chief financial officer for Select Comfort and serves on the boards for Big Lots, Gaia and Nina Hale.
