It only takes on inattentive moment for something like this to happen. A center lane blocking crash on westbound 94 at Hwy. 61 is causing big problems for late rush hour commuters in St. Paul.
Ahead, plan on 16 to 18 minutes to reach downtown Minneapolis. There a knot has loosened now that a wreck on the north side of the Lowry Hill Tunnel has cleared.
