The incident on southbound 35E at Maryland Avenue has cleared. All lanes are open and traffic is flowing smoothly from 694 down to 94.
In Fridley, watch for a stall up against the center median on eastbound 694 at Main Street. A Highway Helper vehicle is on the scene.
