A vehicle stuck on the tracks near 494 forced Metro Transit to delay two northbound Blue Line runs. Trains were delayed about 15 minutes. An extra train was added at Franklin Avenue to restore schedules, Metro Transit spokesman John Siqveland said.
The vehicle has been removed from the tracks and things are returning to normal.
